e-novit Institute of Leadership & Entrepreneurship – eILE, comes with the mandate to provide technological and knowledge base entrepreneurship and leadership training for emerging business owners, project managers, entrepreneurs and executives.

We offer a framework that challenge students to implement business ideas that promote community enterprises, placing people’s creativity and skills at the forefront to enhance their livelihoods. We strive to provide innovative solutions to ensure that our goals are achieved through entrepreneurial initiative and the provision of best knowledge for communities to advance in long-term.

Our training programs come with three strong pillars which focuses on Entrepreneurship Management, Strategic Innovation Management and Transformational Leadership.

Director of Training

Mr. Edwin Adjei, MBA

Mr. Adjei is a Professional Business Coach, Consultant, International Trade Advisor and Trainer. He has expertise in International Business and Export Management with strong competencies in Innovation Management in SMEs, Leadership Development and Corporate Branding. He is an entrepreneur with four businesses to his credit.

Mr. Adjei has worked for various institutions in Economic Development, Project Management, SME Promotion, Knowledge Management & Skills transfer. He has spent a decade offering startup management programs, exporter/ importer advice, leadership training and tailor-made business development support services for both emerging and existing businesses.

He had successfully trained and mentored over 85 Start-ups and existing businesses in Africa, UK, Europe, the United States, Asia and many others. In Germany, he serves as a Boarder Member and an International Project Manager of Deutsch- Afrikanischen Gesellschaft. eV, – DAFRIG Leipzig which aimed to promote co-operation and strengthen friendly relations between Germany / EU and Africa.

Consultant/ Lecturer

Mr. Mirko Dörry, MA

Mr. Dörry has a master’s degree in philosophy and psychology. He was a company auditor and teacher in the German customs administration for 15 years. Since 2010, he has been working as an independent consultant and lecturer in customs and foreign trade law and helps companies with all questions related to the problems of importing and exporting to the EU.”

He is experienced in the management of international projects and has worked for various institutions in Economic Development, Knowledge & Technology Transfer, Business Development & Start-up Promotion. His field of expertise is the internationalization of SME, especially the analyzing cross-cultural marketing campaigns and the implementation of online-marketing tools.
