He is a Business Consultant and a Trainer in the areas of International Business and Export Management with strong competencies in Innovation Management in SMEs, Competence Development and Corporate Branding. He is the Founder of Startups Vision Board in Leipzig and a Co-Founder of eILE. He has spent a decade of his professional life offering business management training and consultancy for many emerging businesses across several countries. He had successfully trained and mentored over 85 Start-ups and existing businesses in Africa, UK, Europe, the United States, Asia and many others. In Germany, he serves as a Boarder Member and an International Project Manager of Deutsch- Afrikanischen Gesellschaft. eV, - DAFRIG Leipzig which aimed to promote co-operation and strengthen friendly relations between Germany / EU and Africa.
